Program Description

By providing your mobile number to a participating business using Pro Top Nails, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your recent service experience, including post-visit feedback requests and follow-up messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by customer activity. In most cases, you may receive up to 1-2 messages per completed visit where SMS feedback is enabled.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no additional SMS messages will be sent from this program unless you opt in again.

Eligibility and Consent

You represent that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the mobile number provided, and that you consent to receive the described SMS messages.
